Really nice new boutique hotel right behind Leicester Square but cozy and quiet. All very boho Soho, cool continental minimal white and turquoise and clean. Stay there now while it's still looking good. Pleasant staff. Not cheap but small double was good value I thought in comparison with other central hotels.
St John group so excellent bar and restaurant but expensive for many people I suspect and breakfast is not included.

I had an excellent stay in a hotel located in a prime area, just a short walk from the tube stations and close to several theatres. the spotlessly clean room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options. the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful environment for a restful night's sleep.

The room is stylish, clean and the staff are helpful, free wi-fi connection, very good location
no kettle in the room, we have to phone the staff for hot water several times, bit too pricey

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of vibrant, always alive Soho, its few minutes away from Piccadilly Circus station. The rooms are very clean and very spacious in comparison to other rooms in London, with modern, beautiful and new furniture. I was really impressed.
Not a single glitch

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
This hotel is in the perfect spot for anyone wanting to explore the city. It's conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were helpful and welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel at home.
The limited storage space in the room, which made it difficult to store our suitcases. some of the staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in answering our questions.

The hotel is refreshing in its minimalist decor while providing all necessary amenities in a high quality form. The bathrooms are excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and service oriented. For the first time in a long time I have stayed at a hotel which I would return to without any hesitation.

The St. John is a small, modern hotel right next to Leicester Square and around the corner from Piccadilly. It is perfect for the guest who doesn't want to fork out twice as much for a hotel with bells and whistles, by providing a high standard of the essential amenities that you really need - before you race out and enjoy the area! We stayed in Room 16, with a view of roof tops and the Post Office Tower. It was quiet, compact, extremely clean, and very white (apart from the green rubber floor!). The restaurant was full in the evening and quiet in the morning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at St John London. The staff were excellent, particularly the dining room staff. The food was excellent so even if you don't stay at the hotel, the restaurant is worth a visit. The bedroom was tastefully decorated and contemporary in style. I was travelling on my own on business and only spent one night there but I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues. I look forward to returning.

Room was simple, clean and comfortable. It ticked the required boxes. Great location from the perspective of getting around in the west end.
The street noise at night was horrendous. Felt as if we hadn't slept in the morning because of the near constant cacophony which went on for most of the night. The down side of the china town location of this hotel.

Good location . Excellent staff . Spotlessly clean.Although my room was small it was more than adequate for one person.
Kept awake most of the night because of what sounded like an an air conditioning unit outside of my window. Had breakfast in the hotel . I had a busy day planned that did not allow time to eat so I had breakfast in the hotel. I ordered two bacon sandwiches that were priced at £6 each on the menu when I came to pay the bill I was charged £18. I ordered tea with my breakfast and was given a tiny one cup pot. The seving staff basically disappered as there were only two customers in the restaraunt I thought the timeit took to get a refil was too long. After about eight minutes one of the men working in the kitchen brought me a second pot.

Location and cleanliness.
Bath and shower were within the bedroom! Breakfast allowance was ambiguous, although amicably settled with hotel staff.
